Renovations and expansions include 60,000sq. ft. of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space. Groups choose from 2 grand ballrooms, boardrooms, waterfront lawns and the very popular St. Andrews Pavilion on the bay. Nestled in the natural beauty of North Florida with its shimmering waters, coastal pines, and dune grasses, Sheraton Bay Point Resort plays host to multiple waterside lawns, beach front space and covered outdoor venues to fit your event perfectly. These unique waterfront meeting spaces allow for team building, helicopter tours to Shell Island or bonfires along the shore - spaces that can only be found at Sheraton Bay Point Resort.
Whether you’re hosting a conference, large-scale trade show, or benefit dinner, our two side by side spacious ballrooms provide the flexibility to customize the space to fit your specific needs. Large foyers adjacent to each ballroom also work great as additional exhibit space.
St. Andrews Ballroom: With 12,000 sq. ft. of space, the St. Andrews Ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 guests or can be broken down into 6 smaller options for a more intimate feel. Adding even more options to this venue is the popular St. Andrews Terrace with its flowing lit fountains, perfect for an elegant afternoon tea or night time reception under the stars.
Grand Lagoon Ballroom: Boasting 7,900 sq. ft., the Grand Lagoon Ballroom holds up to 760 guests with 8 potential breakout rooms. An additional outdoor space connected to this ballroom allows groups to be very creative with their events.
Our various small meeting spaces provide flexible set-up options for indoor or outdoor events. Utilize our smaller rooms for board meetings or take your small luncheon out to our Tee Box Lawn overlooking the #5 Hole of the Nicklaus Course or set up our medium-sized spaces for theatre-style gatherings. No matter the size, the Sheraton Bay Point Resort can accommodate them all.
